My second experience with the former Best Plumbing, now Refined Home Services was even better than the first, a few years ago. Shawn was very expert in all aspects. After listening to me, and reviewing the current set up, he recommended the best, most cost effective option for me (replacing 21 year old kitchen and bathroom drain pipes, rather than flushing the drains). Shawn was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, efficient and detail oriented. Thank you!

Love this company! I have used them many times for my business and they are fast, reliable and amazing to deal with (everyone, from Yanky my go to plumber, to the lovely woman who answers the phone, is kind and helpful). Today they were able to switch out my entire commercial dish pit faucet and spray in less than 4 hours from the time I called. Amazing!

Yankee provided us with a complete solution to our problem, not just a band aid fix. He performed the work that same visit at a reasonable price.

Yanky was quite wonderful. He was tidy and careful. He replaced 3 toilets. He was here for quite awhile which I expected. However their price is very high. Prior to committing to the service I spoke with my husband who didn't actually hear the quote I was given. My husband said to go ahead so I did. When he came home he was it thrilled to hear the final price of the job. On that I don't know if I would use them again because of their very high price. I would have had 1 toilet done and used someone else for the other 2 But Yanky was an excellent plumber, explaining things well and very nice.
